Intellectual Property Rights Clause

Client hereby grants to Vendor, while this Agreement is in effect, a nonexclusive, limited, nontransferable license to use Client's trademarks, graphics, packaging designs, artwork and other Client branding intellectual property solely in connection with production of the Products sold by Vendor to Client. 

Prohibited uses: Vendor may not use the Client branding intellectual property provided by Client for any other client or purpose, including Vendor's own products or services. Treehouse Botanicals Corporation retains all rights to use the Client branding intellectual property they provide to the Vendor.
